You can permanently delete your Diwaniye: Jackaroo & Chat account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to request deletion.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open Diwaniye: Jackaroo & Chat and sign in.
- Go to Settings (the gear icon on your profile/home screen).
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and the deletion process begins.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, email us and we will delete your account for you:
- Send an email to privacy@moltenalien.com with the subject “Delete my account”.
- Send it from your account email, or include the email address / username you use in the app so we can identify your account.
- We process the request and email you a confirmation when deletion is complete (within 30 days, usually much sooner).
What is deleted, what is kept
When you request deletion, your account is deactivated immediately. Your data is then handled as follows:

| Gameplay statistics | Kept anonymized — retained only in aggregate/anonymized form that can no longer be linked to you, for leaderboard integrity and game balance. |
| Purchase & transaction records (in‑app purchase receipts) | Kept — retained only as required to meet legal, tax, accounting and fraud‑prevention obligations, then deleted. |
Retention period
- 14‑day recovery window: for 14 days after your request, you can restore your account by simply signing back in. Nothing is permanently removed during this window.
- After 14 days: your personal data (profile, chat, friends, in‑game items and progress) is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- Records we are legally required to keep (purchase/transaction records) are retained only for the period required by applicable law, then deleted.
